Note: If you’ve already purchased a thermostat from the Energy Wise MN Marketplace and haven’t opened it yet, please verify compatibility before opening it. Returns on opened thermostats may be requested by contacting customer service but are outside of the Energy Wise MN Marketplace return policy. We suggest you exhaust your installation options before requesting a return.

  • The installation fee is NOT included in the rebated price of the EV charger. Average installation costs vary from $500 - $800.
  • You will be asked to submit additional information about your electric vehicle (make, model, and VIN) to confirm eligibility for an instant rebate.
  • You will also be required to enter your cooperative account number.

Terms and Conditions

  • This rebate is available for the installation of an EV charger installed on or after July 15, 2019.
  • The charger must be installed where electricity is supplied by your electric cooperative and if required by your cooperative, controlled on an off-peak (storage) rate of time-of-use and will require additional equipment installed. The cost of the equipment varies by cooperative. Please check with your cooperative to verify costs of equipment required.
  • Installation of your EV charger must follow the guidelines listed as outlined by your cooperative.
  • This rebate program is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • Limit one EV charger per electric cooperative member account.

Please Note: This information is subject to review by your electric cooperative. If you do not qualify for this rebate you will be refunded in full after purchase is complete. Please allow 1-2 days to review.
